[Mono-osx] Mono and Xcode

Xcode uses some lexical parsers to parse the error syntax, there is  
one for gcc, one for res, and one for Java already.  Adding one for  
mcs isn't really that hard, I just haven't had time to do it.

I'm dru at druware :-)  I can add anything, but I think ideally, we  
should move this to the cocoasharp.org website.

I've been beating on Apple for the specs for a while.  With my ADC  
getting ready to expire, I still have one support incident left, and  
I'm thinking about trying to use that to get the docs.
