Miguel,

   The info.plist needs to contain:

         <key>IFPkgFlagAuthorizationAction</key>
         <string>AdminAuthorization</string>

also it shouldn't be symlinking to /usr/local/bin; but /usr/bin I  
dunno if thats the OP mis-(understand|type)ing
