[Mono-osx] Test release: Mono 1.1.11.

It also failed on my system (10.4.3) and as Gareth stated it does not 
ask the user for an Administrator password. Please remember to update 
the installer "readme" as well (so it tells that it will install 
cocoa#-0.9. I'm looking forward to a new release :-) . By the way - will 
the next release include mdb?
