[Mono-osx] SVN Build not working

I installed fink and did an apt-get to install glib2.  In the
/sw/lib/pkgconfig is a glib-2.0.pc file that says have glib 2.2.3
installed.  I installed the packages glib2, glib2-dev, and glib2-shlibs.

Is there anything I am missing?
