First off, thank you, Adhamh for your efforts here in getting 1.1.6 out.

This dmg does seem to include everything, but the installer has a couple
cosmetic problems. For one, it says it's installing Mono 1.1.4 instead of
1.1.6. Fortunately, MonoFramework-1.1.6.pkg/Contents/Resources/version.plist
correctly identifies the package as 1.1.6, so the problem is apparently only
cosmetic. Basically, MonoFramework-1.1.6.pkg/Contents/Resources/Welcome.rtf
and ReadMe.rtf are old. Oh uninstallMono.sh too. The latter will actually
uninstall Mono 1.1.4, not 1.1.6.

While I'm discussing packaging, I've noticed an unrelated buglet in the past
couple versions. Somehow, I keep ending up with a broken sym link at
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Versions/1.1.*/Resources/Resources as
well. I'm not sure where that's coming from....
