[Mono-list] mailing list moderation

Hello,

over the past months there have been multiple spam messages on this 
list.
Look at the archives, starting in March 2017: 
https://lists.dot.net/pipermail/mono-list/

Can we please ban some of those people? At least try it, perhaps they 
don't come back with a new account.
Otherwise install a spam filter or something.
