no, you can't finally buy things. You will lose money with  every thing you buy! It's like everything you  buy  is a smartphone, it will lose value rapidly.

You have to remember,  deflation is not  one instance,  it's a state. It means  that all prices drop every day. Other than  the necessities, you won't buy anything,  because you can buy it for  less  the next day.
