[Mono-list] Some code doesn't work after upgrading to 4.6.2

Hello List,

i'm working on Ubuntu 16.10 and updated today to Mono 4.6.2 by using the
proposed repository. It removed: gendarme mono-reference-assemblies-2.0
mono-tools-devel mono-tools-gui.

Now after opening a solution the IDE says, that some symbols cannot
found. As Example:

  *

    File.WriteAllText(entityfileLocal, createText);

  *

    Path.DirectorySeparatorChar

  * ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["firstname"];
  *

    Convert.ToBoolean

Maybe these happend because of the uninstall of the packages?
