[Mono-list] Permissions

Hi,

Thanks for your response.
I know this could fix the issue, but I wasn't pretending to use the 
"easy solution", since other programs using the Serial port works 
perfectly in the very same user. I would like to distribute the program 
so I need to be sure that It works in 100% of the situations.
