[Mono-list] Error building with MonoDevelop

Hello Baltasar,

Please upgrade your projects to Mono 4.5
(<TargetFrameworkVersion>v4.5</TargetFrameworkVersion> in the csproj
file).
Mono 4 does not support anything smaller than .net 4.5.
