[Mono-list] Ubuntu user wants do see College videos that only works with Silverlight

Hi everybody!

My name is Marcello, I`m brazilian and i have been a Ubuntu user (don`t like
Windows) since 2007. My college uses a distance learning plataform that
consists in web pages and videos. However, in order to see video classes,
the web pag informs that is necessary instaling Microsoft Silverlight and
for Linux user, install Mono.

Do i can do this? I`ts possibilbe to see videos made for Silverlight at
Ubuntu?

I apreciate any answers and help!
