[Mono-list] Cannot install mod_mono on Centos 7

There's something wrong with the packages.  Everyone using ASP.Net seems to build mono from source.  You can report this on the mono-dev list, where the package maintainers reside.  It's been reported before - I'm not sure what it will take to get it fixed, but certainly, reporting it again is a good direction to go.
