Thanks for the prompt reply. 

I tried mono_jit_init("ClassLibrary1.dll") and
mono_jit_init("ClassLibrary1") and it didn't solve the problem. However,
mono_jit_init_version ("Domain", "v4.0.30319") fixed the issue. Thanks for
the help.
