[Mono-list] Mono at embedded devices (arm)

Thanks for contribution - but it seems no one have a number for me. Are we talking about 1 / 10 or 100 MB of flash memory (not RAM) for the environment. I'm confused from the number of packages, that are available.
As an example in Ubuntu, I select mono-runtime. With all selected packages this are 31 MByte. Not sure, how much is needed and alredy part of a more or less complete distro like Ubuntu. What if running on a tiny linux with only a busybox and a few libs?
No hints about compiling mono?
