The MVC3 solution works. I only have Visual Studio 2008 and 2014 so I had to 
create it on MonoDevelop on Windows. It's interesting that the templates on 
MonoDevelop are designed to work with .NET, they don't compile under mono and 
to run them on mono you need to edit the Web.config and change the assembly 
versions.
