[Mono-list] Problems using RelaxngValidatingReader (c#)

Phew, there was a bug! It was about handling default namespace. I fixed 
it in master.
https://github.com/mono/mono/commit/3d9a2b7

Until you get the fixed version, a workaround is to put explicit 
declaration on top:
default namespace = ""
