[Mono-list] Help! Stuck in solution screen

Hi! I am completely stuck with monodevelop. I am new with it so this might be
a dumb question to most of you but how do I get back to the basic view where
I can write code? What is that view called? 

Currently I'm seeing this:

And I have no idea how to get the coding screen back. I've tried everything
(reinstalling and changing to Xamarin but monodevelop doesn't give me
problems with unity) and I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
