[Mono-list] Troubles with starting wcf exe. Could not load type from assembly

I figured out the error. Although the compile command referenced my dll, when
running the mono MyApp.exe, it no longer had that reference. I commented out
the functions that referenced the dll, and it now compiles and runs
(partially).

Next step is to read up more on the compile/runtime to see how the dll is
apart of the exe
