[Mono-list] Autoreconf problem

Hi,

I am on windows 7 x86  and tried to do an autoreconf -fiv on mono.git using
cygwin.

The result is that something is missing

configure.in:3507: error: required file 'mono/metadata/Makefile.in' not
found
configure.in:3507: error: required file 'mono/mini/Makefile.in' not found
automake-1.14: warning: autoconf input should be named 'configure.ac', not '
configure.in'
mono/unit-tests/Makefile.am:7: warning: variable 'TEST_LDFLAGS' is defined
but no program or
mono/unit-tests/Makefile.am:7: library has 'TEST' as canonical name
(possible typo)
autoreconf-2.69: automake failed with exit status: 1

Any ideas?
