[Mono-list] newbie type exception error

Hi,
I use mono for one program succesfully, but I'm trying to use it for
SDR# SdrSharp, I installed as per http://rtlsdr.org/softwarelinux
I could sort out what to do with monodevelop, but it built OK from the
CLI
however when I tried to run it

I'm not worried about the bit before the [ERROR] 
but to be honest I haven't a clue how to get past the error,sri.
Can some intelligent person help get me past this stage please.
