[Mono-list] Address already in use error

[sercankd]

Its my first time using mono, I have compiled some build ready code and tried
to use on my linux host yet i get strange error. I am not really experienced
with C# like experts but i can manage code. There isnt any single app using
port 5031. I even changed port to random numbers yet it still gives same
error.

I dont know what causing this error to appear, it runs fine in windows.
