[Mono-list] How to debug mono, or, How to fix this cert

I was using a blank password.  But for the sake of thoroughness, decided to test with a non-zero length password, per your suggestion ...

And voila!   :-)
Thanks for the suggestion.  It turns out, the blank password "" is acceptable by Microsoft, but not by Mono.  I just set it to "password" and now it works.
