[Mono-list] Mono SSL server fails to send intermediate to client

Awesome - I was just writing a bug report in bugzilla - so I'll stop that now - 

Can you name the commit, or reference an existing bug report, or name a version of mono that includes the fix, or do I need to build master in order to see it?
