[Mono-list] Are the Mono packages in OBS maintained?

Hello!

I have been using the mono packages from the official Mono-OBS repository 
(https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=Mono ) on various suse 
machines (opensuse and SLES). The problem is, that that repository has been 
very rarely maintained in the recent past, there was only one update in the 
last 2 years, Mono is still stuck at 2.10, there are not even any 32bit 
packages for SLES available.

I would like to inquire, if there is any hope that this repo is to be updated 
again by Xamarin, or if is actually dead.

As an alternative, there is the Mono:Factory repository in OBS 
(https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=Mono%3AFactory ), but I could 
not quite figure out who the people are, that are responsible for it. Is this 
kind of official?
