[Mono-list] Creating a subset of mono 4.5 profile

I would like to define my own mono profile, based on mono 3.0+'s 4.5 profile,
and run it with coreclr.

I have read http://www.mono-project.com/CoreClrHowTo , a tool exists (tuner)
which would allow me to do it. Still I'm stuck on this page :
https://github.com/mono/moon/tree/master/class/tuning. 

Can I just take this folder, customize the descriptors and build it against
an already compiled mono 4.5 profile ?
