[Mono-list] cant build mono-tools

The build of mono-tools has been broken for a long time. I tried to fix by
own, but file browser.cs references a lot of other missing objects
(EditingUtils from editing.cs, CommentService from commentservice.cs,
ecma-provider.cs and so on), I don't know how docbrowser should work, so I
stopped my efforts. Also, there is a bug
https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=9709, but It seems no one is
going to fix build.
