[Mono-list] Compiling mono* from git

/usr also for debian.

In that Stackoverflow receipt is missing some library to compile de the fisrt library needed to then compile mono.

oh, and I think the --prefix=/usr for ubuntu is normally /usr/local
for everyone else.
