[Mono-list] WCF Not Working Type is not unique

I am using Mono 2.10.8.1 with Debian and I cannot get WCF to function
correctly.  I am getting error 500 Type is not unique.  The solution loads
and works fine when using Visual Studio and all of the web services work. 
It is only in Mono that it doesn't work.  Does anyone know what this error
means, or have you successfully got your WCF services to work with Mono.  If
so, can you post your config.
