[Mono-list] how to run applications using mono framework instead of .NET framework on windows

I have an application where my exe is build using native code but it calls
dll's which are written in C#. I have built C# code dll's using Mono profile
2.4 as target platform using VS2010. Now I want to ensure that when I debug
my dll's they run using mono framework and not .NET framework. Is there a
way to do that.

Or how can i debug my dlls using native code exe on windows using mono
framework
