[Mono-list] Mono 3 Windows installer missing from downloads page

It doesn't show up on the downloads page

I had to go back six months in my browsing history to find where I
downloaded 3.0.3

Please keep up the good work, and I look forward to tinkering with mono's gc
and playing with monogame.
