[Mono-list] Why is mono news unaccessible?

Why is news.mono-project.com unaccessible? I get a message
"http://news.mono-project.com/ is marked private by its owner. If you were
invited to view this site, please log in below." when I try to open the
page. It has been unavailable for six or seven month...
