[Mono-list] plaintextoffenders

To be honest, I'm surprised that nobody has come up with a more modern
version of the Mailman web UI. I've always felt that it's very outdated and
not very user-friendly and yet people still use it because it's essentially
the de-facto standard for open-source mailing lists.
