[Mono-list] Which latest version of mono is stable?

I've posted a bug about mono 2.10 crashing instead of throwing
OutOfMemoryException and got an answer, that mono 2.10 is unsupported and I
have to use mono 3.0. So I would like to know, which version of mono is
stable now? Was 3.0 released and stable? At the
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html I see info, that the
latest version is 2.10 and 3.0.3 is just beta.
