[Mono-list] building mkbundle2

I built mono 2.10.9 from tarball source using the command below as describe
in the documentation.

./configure --prefix=/usr/local; make; make install

Everything appears to be fine, however it doesn't appear to have built
mkbundle2.  mkbundle is there.  Any suggestions?
