[Mono-list] mkbundle and cross compiling for ARM

I can't understand what is the real purpose of mkbundle. Would be great if
anyone could make this clear.

am I right if I say the unique purpose of mkbundle is to create a package
containing all the assemblies a mono app depends on, but not to aot this
package.
