It took me too many hours, but at least it was successful:
My packages at OBS have now a mono-tools package, and the help opens
fine with MonoDevelop!
I have tested it with Ubuntu 12.04, OpenSuse 12.3, and CentOS 6.5.
Please let me know if you find any trouble, because I cannot test it
for all scenarios.
