[Mono-list] Mono U.S. Export Compliance

We have a product based on Mono. We have a customer that wants to export it to some of their foreign offices, but they're asking about the ECCN number for our product and any libraries we use. Surely this isn't the first time anyone has asked about export compliance for Mono, but my search engine skills are turning nothing up. Does Mono have an ECCN?  Can anyone point me to anything talking about the export requirements for Mono and/or any of its sub-components?
