[Mono-list] Mono builds that works in major linux distros

Hello Daniel,
There is actually a package mono-xsp-opt.
For Debian it was called mono-opt-xsp, which I have now renamed to
mono-xsp-opt, to make the names consistent.
I have updated my blog to mention the packages for xsp, mod_mono and
mono-libgdiplus (for GUI applications).
