[Mono-list] Odd error on mkbundle in cygwin

Hi
I've recently installed Cygwin and mono on windows. I've used mkbundle
easily on Ubuntu without any problem but in windows I've problems.
This is what I tried and what I got:

I don't understand what is the problem! 'as' or gnu assembler is already
installed and I can use it separately on Cygwin.
