As far as I can tell XSP is in the GAC:

# find / -name xsp4.exe
/usr/local/lib/mono/4.5/xsp4.exe

/usr/local/lib/mono/gac/xsp4/2.11.0.0__0738eb9f132ed756/xsp4.exe

Any idea how to solve the problem?
