[Mono-list] XSP vs fast-cgi-mono-server+nginx

I'm still working on the Heroku .NET buildpack and just [switched][1]
from XSP to fast-cgi-mono-server and nginx. Completety unscientific
testing shows no great performance difference, but reading the docs, I
get the feeling that fast-cgi-mono-server+nginx is the recommended
setup for production. On Heroku, apps already run behind a
loadbalancer, so I only need nginx to terminate HTTP and talk
fast-cgi. Is the nginx setup even an advantage over XSP in that setup?
