[Mono-list] Where is the source of libgdiplus-3.0.tar.gz

Are the release notes and download page ever going to be updated with
relevant information? such as where to get libgdiplus-3.0?

Ubuntu binary packages would be great too considering mono 3 is suppose to
be stable. and the new release. As far as I can tell. Then again the website
is vague and basically worthless in that area.
