[Mono-list] xbuild error

I'm trying to test out xbuild on a sample project from fsharp-git. The
following output happens with the command `xbuild
SampleVisualStudio2010FSharpConsoleApp.fsproj`
output<https://gist.github.com/5422697>.
I just installed mono and fsharp from git and I have no idea what could be
wrong. It seems as if xbuild can't find fsc.exe however the exe is located
in the path shown in the output. Any help would be appreciated,
