[Mono-list] java parser in C#

Good Day

IKVM can run the java code , but for the reason of creating a new java
compiler is to use the .net feature only and that for the new implementation
of the new hardware requires as using Cosmos you need only managed code and
that can't be provide with the JVM as a sample
