[Mono-list] Mono Sqlite driver leaking file handles

I'm sorry, but that's wrong

Mono.Data.Sqlite != System.Data.Sqlite

Mono.Data.Sqlite is in the mono source tree and is maintained by the mono
project.

System.Data.Sqlite embeds the native code and is quite different.

I would however question monos commitment to it because it fails to run at
all on .net 40 (windows). https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2148

I have had to build my own version of it with a fix so Wide Margin will run
on windows.
