[Mono-list] GTKsharp 3

XWT is still a set of bindings. It calls native code / GUI toolkits
underneath. So that's not what he was asking for.
I guess there is just not enough money / motivation behind having a
fully-managed GUI toolkit. On the other hand, Mono WinForms is one,
technically.
