[Mono-list] Mono Tools - activation code and future plans?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to purchase a Mono Tools license or get an activation
code in some other way?

The official download page http://mono-tools.com/download/ suggests that
one can answer the linked
survey to request an activation code. I have done so (and so have friends),
but have received no activation code.

Two years ago I purchased one activation code, but now I need more license
seats.

Furthermore I was wondering if anyone knows the state and future plans for
Mono Tools project?

Will it continue as a commercial product, be open-sourced, or something
else?

As far as I know there aren't any alternatives for Mono remote debugging
from Visual Studio, so I would be
very happy to see it being maintained, or at least possible to use after
the 30-day trial period.
