[Mono-list] Launching mono programs from within mono

How do you launch "foo.exe" from within a running mono program, where
"foo.exe" runs with the same set of mono parameters as the process
launching foo.exe?

For example, if SGEN is used by the launching process, I'd like it to be
used by the running process too.

Is there an easy way to do this?
