[Mono-list] Winforms designer svn URL is outdated

Hi!

make mono-design still does not work.

I fixed the python issue by installing python3, but the script will
not work, as it tries to download some sources from the anonsvn URL-s.
It needs updating too.

Can anyone please look into this?
Is this supposed to give monodevelop an more-or-less integrated
support for winforms?
