[Mono-list] Where can I get Mono.Options.dll ?

Hi,

Actually Mono.Options isn't shipped as a library, it's a single source file
you're supposed to add to your project.

As already answered by Ryan, the file is here:
https://github.com/mono/mono/tree/master/mcs/class/Mono.Options/Mono.Options
